69s – Players born in 1956 or earlier
64s – Players born 1957 to 1961 inclusive
59s – Players born 1962 to 1966 inclusive
54s – Players born 1967 to 1971 inclusive
49s – Players born 1972 to 1976 inclusive
44s – Players born 1977 to 1981 inclusive
39s – Players born 1982 to 1986 inclusive
34s – Players born 1987 to 1991 inclusive

2. Warm Up and Preparation Each player must arrive allowing enough  time for warm up and collection of numbered bibs
